We apply a unified, transparent shipping standard for all global customers with no hidden charges:
  • Order subtotal under AUD $59: Flat shipping rate of AUD $5.99
  • Order subtotal AUD $59 and above: Free worldwide shipping
All shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

3 Order Processing Time

All orders will be verified, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Weekends and Australian statutory holidays are not counted as business days and will delay processing accordingly.
