1 What is your shipping fee and free shipping threshold?
We offer worldwide door-to-door delivery for all countries. Our unified global shipping policy is clear and transparent: A flat shipping fee of AUD $5.99 is charged for all orders subtotaling below AUD $59. All orders of AUD $59 or more qualify for free worldwide shipping with no hidden fees.
2 How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays) after payment confirmation. For our core US customers, standard delivery takes7–12 business days. Other international destinations take 7–15 business days. Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, peak shopping seasons, or unexpected logistics situations.
3 How can I track my order?
Once your order ships out, we will send a shipping confirmation email with an official tracking number and tracking link to your registered email. You can check real-time delivery status online anytime. If you do not receive the tracking email within 3 working days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for help.
4 Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel or modify your order free of charge within 24 hours after payment if your order has not been processed or shipped. Once the order enters packaging and shipping procedures, no further changes or cancellations can be made. Approved cancellations will receive a full refund within 3–7 business days.
5 What if I receive wrong, damaged, or defective items?
If you receive incorrect, defective, or transit-damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the items and package. We will verify your case quickly and offer free return, exchange, or full refund solutions at no cost to you.
6 Do you accept returns for personal reasons?
Yes. We support returns and exchanges for unused, unwashed, tag-intact items within 30 days of delivery for personal reasons such as size mismatch or style dissatisfaction.
