Return & Refund Policy

1 Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, stain-free, undamaged, and complete with original tags and packaging. Clearance items, accessories, and personalized products are final sale and non-returnable.

2 Return Responsibility Rules

  • Quality Issues / Wrong Items / Damaged Delivery: If items are defective, flawed, damaged in transit, or inconsistent with your order, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. We will cover return shipping fees and provide full refund, free exchange, or partial compensation.
  • Personal Reason Returns: For returns due to size issues, personal preference, or other personal reasons, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.

3 Return Process

1. Submit a return request via our official email with your order number and relevant product photos;
2. Wait for our official approval and obtain the designated return address;
3. Repack the items securely, ship them back, and provide us with the return tracking number;
4. We will inspect the returned items within 3–5 business days after receipt and confirm your refund or exchange.

4 Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will initiate your refund within 3–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider’s processing cycle, usually 1–2 billing cycles. We reserve the right to reject returns or deduct compensation for items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing accessories.
